F1 Fever Hits Miami: Fan Fest Takes the Pole Position

Bobby’s 3 Things for April 30, 2026

The first official F1 Fan Fest for the Miami Grand Prix opened yesterday on South Beach. The five day event is free to the public, including a stage to hear the stories from F1 drivers and teams, lots of interactive games and much more. Right there on the sand at Lummus Park, 11th & Ocean Drive. Runs through Sunday, which is the day of the big race at Hard Rock Stadium.

You’re spending more on your pet than ever before! New data says it’s at an all time high; think food, grooming, luxury items...yep, our pets have organic treats, spa days -- while I’m trying to decide whether guac is worth the extra two bucks. Maybe I shouldn’t have got my golden retriever that trust fund.

Let’s be clear: the LA Dodgers payroll is $400 million. The Miami Marlins is $73 million. So it was pretty sweet to take the series from LA! Marlins win 3-2 and now head back home.
