Once Upon a Farm is voluntarily recalling all flavors, quantities, and varieties of its Tractor Wheels Organic Toddler Soft-Baked Bars due to a potentially fatal choking hazard.
Why the Bars Were Recalled
The FDA issued a warning after reports of toddlers suffering complete airway obstructions because the bars can form a dry, sticky mass when chewed. Standard interventions like back blows and the Heimlich maneuver may fail, leading to emergency hospitalizations.
