Speaking of Baywatch, do you remember Pamela Anderson? She starred in the original, then made the leap to films in Barb Wire. It was like Mad Max meets Casablanca. She was a nightclub owner but also a mercenary. (This movie had a lot of leather.) Anyway, Pamela is rebooting Barb Wire! She won’t be in it, but she’s working on the project with her children.
Finally, big news from NASA! For the first time ever, the newest class of astronauts is mostly women! Six women and four men were chosen out of more than 8,000 applicants. These pioneers will train for future missions to the Space Station, the Moon, and maybe even Mars. Pretty inspiring milestone. "One of these 10 could actually be one of the first Americans to put their boots on the Mars surface," Sean Duffy, NASA’s acting administrator, said. And it means on the mission to Mars, the guys will finally learn how to ask for directions!
