It’s called the Museum of Ice Cream Miami, and it’s not really a museum -- it’s more like a colorful interactive playground with themed rooms, photo ops and unlimited ice cream. Located right in downtown at Miami Worldcenter, neat the Brightline MiamiCentral station -- so it’s easy to get to and very Miami. Honestly, if all museums had unlimited snacks, I’d know a lot more history.
