A tiny kitten caused a disruption at Miami International Airport after crews spotted it near taxiway Yankee and runway 12. The crew of American 3674 reported the unexpected “intruder,” describing it as “a little baby kitten” walking toward the DHL cargo area. Pilots and airport staff tracked its movements near waiting aircraft and the blast fence while controllers checked whether runway 12 could be used for landings again. For a moment, one of the smallest visitors at the airport had everyone’s attention.
