Most Olympians in the Milan Winter Games are going for gold, but one competitor yesterday would probably be content with a pat on the head. A local dog managed to break free from his owners andended up running along the course of women’s cross country skiing. The pup crossed the finish line shortly after the skiers to cheers from the crowd - not bad for an athlete whose only training was sitting for treats!
