Don’t let lack of funds prevent you from getting screened. There are a few places in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida that offer free or low-cost mammograms, including:
- Florida Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (FBCC)
Offers free or low-cost mammograms to eligible women in Broward and Martin counties. Eligibility criteria include:
Being between the ages of 40–64
Having little or no health insurance
Meeting income guidelines (at or below 200% of the poverty level)
Living in Broward or Martin counties
Having a picture ID
