That’s the most there can be in a single year. But you know what’s scarier? Trying to get from Miami Beach to Kendall in under an hour and a half.

Construction has started on a $280 million sports complex in Homestead called the Sports Performance Hub. The 90-plus-acre campus will include a 10,000-seat soccer stadium for Miami FC, multi-sport training academies, a youth boarding school, a sports-medicine center, and even a sports-themed hotel. The project will be built in phases over the next few years.
