Janet Jackson will film a special one-night-only concert movie, Janet Jackson: Control 40 — The Airtab Music Movie, on December 12, 2026, at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida (in the Miami metropolitan area).

The event celebrates the 40th anniversary of her breakthrough album Control and spans four decades of her hits. Directed by Leslie Small, the production features a multi-camera live setup and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage intended for a global theatrical and streaming release.
