Mattel Introduces The Celine Dion Barbie Doll

The Barbie Signature Celine Dion Doll has been officially released by Mattel as part of its limited-edition Creations line. Retailing for $59.99, the collectible pays tribute to the legendary singer’s iconic 1998 Academy Awards appearance, where she delivered her historic performance of the Titanic theme, “My Heart Will Go On”.

Doll Design & Features

  • The Gown: Features an authentic replica of her floor-length, long-sleeved turtleneck gown in a rich ocean-blue shade.
  • The Jewels: The doll comes adorned with the fictional blue diamond heart-shaped necklace, “The Heart of the Ocean”, as well as matching silver earrings.
  • The Styling: Her hair is sculpted into the singer’s signature voluminous 1998 updo.
  • Inclusions: Each package comes with a specialized doll stand and a Certificate of Authenticity.

Availability

The doll is available for pre-order directly on the Mattel Creations Website. Because it belongs to the limited-run Signature line, it is expected to sell out quickly among collectors and fans.
