Target’s Up & Up Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented wipes have been found to contain Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli, which can cause sepsis.The wipes were manufactured between November 2025 and May 2026. Returns can be made at any Target for a refund or call 1-800-440-0680.
