Haleon issued a voluntary nationwide recall for specific batches of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels (125 mg) due to a possible machine leak that may have contaminated the capsules with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant.

The recall is limited to green, extra-strength softgel capsules in boxes featuring a green band. Only the following lots are affected (all have an expiration date of Nov. 30, 2028)
