Two items sold at Walmart are being recalled because they pose a risk of death. The Consumer Product Safety Commission saysthe retractable safety gates made by Mom Genius were recalled yesterday becausea child could get stuck in the opening between the gate and the floor. Also being recalled is the Scripto Premium Torch multipurpose lighter, which the safety commission says could pose a risk of deadly fire and burn hazards to consumers. Walmart customers who bought the products are being urged to stop using them immediately. To get a refund, contact Mom Genius and cut up the mesh part of the gate so you can send them a pic.
